A multilingual professional with expertise in logistics, project management, and business innovation, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

Monzer Alhatab

Entrepreneur

Monzer is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business operations, logistics, and strategic project management. He began his career as a Business Operations Team Leader, later advancing to the role of Government Liaison at Qshield in the State of Qatar.

He then joined the IKEA Group at its Amsterdam store as a Project Leader, where he developed a comprehensive business plan that was later adopted globally by IKEA in 2023. Since 2020, Monzer has been leading multiple projects in the courier services and business innovation sectors, driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

In addition to his professional expertise, Monzer is multilingual, fluent in Arabic (native), English (excellent), Dutch (proficient), and Finnish (basic).

His academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (2010), a Diploma in Business Administration (2012), and certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt and Microsoft Power BI Data Analysis, equipping him with strong analytical and process optimization skills.
