Donor for Honor is a registered foundation under the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce, dedicated to promoting voluntary blood donation among immigrant communities across the Netherlands. Recognizing the critical need for a diverse and sufficient blood supply, we work to bridge the gap between donors and recipients, fostering a culture of social responsibility and humanitarian contribution.
Our Mission & Collaboration with Sanquin Blood Bank
In cooperation with Sanquin Blood Bank, our mission is to educate, inspire, and mobilize immigrants to actively participate in life-saving blood donation initiatives. Many individuals within immigrant communities are unaware of the vital role their blood can play in treating patients with chronic illnesses, emergency medical needs, and rare blood types. Through awareness campaigns, donor recruitment programs, and community engagement, we aim to make blood donation accessible, inclusive, and impactful.
